Ajay Singh Rathore is a Product Manager with a passion for solving complex problems through technology to improve human lives. With almost a decade of experience, he has worked with diverse companies ranging from India's largest media house to a hyper-growth startup in the internet automobile sector. Currently, he is working on a multi-country project with one of the largest classified players to transition to the omnichannel retail business. Ajay started his career as a software engineer with Amdocs and later pursued his post-graduation in Liberal arts and Leadership, also known as Young India Fellowship. He is a machine learning enthusiast and has self-learnt most of the concepts from courses like AI product manager degree from Udacity, Deep learning specialization by deeplearning.AI, and Machine learning certification from Stanford Online. At OLX, Ajay is the Regional Process Excellence Manager-Asia, where he is responsible for owning the process and product for internal users to drive seller experience at 200+ stores in three countries. He has led the launch of CRM by collaborating with 30+ cross-functional global members automating work of 10 user personas. He has also developed an MVP for stock control and inventory management process in Colombia to track and control. Ajay has a love for writing poetry and has published a book on poetry. Ajay has been awarded by the Emerging Market CEO and OLX India Country Head for his exceptional work. He has also been promoted in 1.5 years to scale processes from India to the Asia region.
